1.Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the products. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please contact our customer service providing your order information, product details and the reason for the return.
2.Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Items not eligible for return
Some items are not eligible for returns, such as personalized products or intimates (for example, underwear). These items will be clearly identified in the product description.
4. Changes:
